Can I cancel my Pro subscription anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your Account Settings in one click — no email, no chat, no friction. You keep full Pro access until the end of your current billing period, then your account moves to the Free plan automatically.
What is the money-back guarantee?
If you're not satisfied within 7 days of your first Pro payment or Lifetime purchase, email us at hello@icesume.com and we'll refund you in full — no questions asked. The guarantee applies to the first payment only, not renewals.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy and accept all major debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) as well as PayPal in supported regions. All prices are in USD. Lemon Squeezy handles applicable taxes and VAT at checkout.
Is the Lifetime plan really a one-time payment?

What happens to my resumes if I downgrade?
Your resumes, cover letters, and all career data are never deleted when you downgrade. You keep everything you've built — you just lose the ability to create new resumes beyond the Free plan limit of 1 until you upgrade again.
